You can ask us any questions about our event spaces by simply calling us on 0845 500 2929. However, we’ve put together some responses to the more popular questions we get asked every week. We hope you can find the answer you are looking for.

We only accept payment by credit and debit cards, unfortunately we do not accept cash in our venues.

The London Sky bar is Altitude’s luxury experiences brand holding social and memorable events open to the public throughout the year.

There are loading and unloading facilities available at Millbank Tower. Only metered parking is available at the front of the Tower and in nearby Atterbury Street, Horseferry Road and Ponsonby Place. Parking spaces are free after 6.30pm (please check local signs for more information). The nearest NCP is the Abington Street Car Park which is a 10 minute walk from the Tower. We recommend that you and your guests arrive by public transport where convenient. See our Find Us page for more information.

Yes we do. Deliveries can be made directly into our loading bay. Any confirmed booking includes assignment of an experienced event manager who will be happy to talk you through the loading processes at Millbank Tower.

We aim to be as flexible as possible. We provide in-house services for everything a successful event needs but we understand that there are occasions where you need to make other arrangements. Please contact us to discuss dry hire of our venues and the variable levels of support that we can provide.

There is a large goods lift directly accessed from the loading bar area at the rear of the building. Our specialist event hosts will ensure a smooth arrival and transition at all Altitude events.

Smart Casual dress is expected at Altitude’s restaurants and private screenings. However, you should check dress code requirements for specific experiences and events. On New Year’s Eve, black tie is positively encouraged.

If there is a large public event in London, Altitude’s sure to be there. Recent years have seen the Queen’s Jubilee and New Year’s Eve fireworks take pride of place in the Altitude schedule for locals and tourists alike.
